Step 1 - Download the App

By tapping on the provided URL from your mobile device, you'll be redirected to the HealthyConnect App within the Google Play Store or Apple App Store. The link automatically detects whether you're using an Android or Apple device, ensuring a seamless experience without the need for manual searching. Once you've landed on the store page for the HealthyConnect App, proceed to download it directly from there.

Step 2 - Login

Login with the provided HealthyConnect username and password. If you don't have a username and password yet, you'll need either an Office or Personal Login Code provided by your practice. This code should have been provided during the watch setup process.

Your practice will determine whether you should log in with an Office or Personal Login Code and will furnish you with the necessary details.

Office Code: This is a 6-digit number that your practice may provide either in written form or verbally.

Personal Login Code: This code will be sent to you via a text message and will consist of 8 digits. You can easily copy and paste this number from the text message into the login process
