HealthyConnect: Manage Your Health Devices
HealthyConnect centralizes all your health data in one convenient app making it easy to monitor your readings and share them with your care team. The app connects directly to compatible devices like blood pressure monitors, scales, pulse oximeters, and glucose meters and syncs each reading so you always have an up-to-date view of your health info. In this section you’ll learn how to sign in, enable device connections and use HealthyConnect to manage your health devices easily.
Section 1: Sign In & Connect Your Devices
To use HealthyConnect to connect and manage your health devices you'll first need to sign in and enable device features. The steps below will guide you through launching the app, logging in, opening settings, and turning on the required options to pair and sync your devices.
Follow these steps to sign in and enable device connections before pairing your devices.
Step 1. Open the App & Sign In:
Launch the HealthyConnect app. Tap New User to create an account or Existing User to log in.


Step 2. Open the Menu & Go to Settings:
Tap the three horizontal lines (hamburger icon) in the top-right corner of the screen and then select Settings from the menu.


Step 3. Enable Device Features:
Scroll down, toggle on Device Readings & Enable other devices and tap Save.


Section 2: Connected Health Devices
HealthyConnect works with a range of compatible health devices to make taking and tracking your readings simple. This section provides step-by-step instructions for pairing your devices with the app (when required) and taking new readings. Each device type includes guidance on how to connect, record measurements and verify that your results have synced successfully to HealthyConnect. Below you’ll find instructions for pairing (if required) and taking readings with supported device types.
HealthyConnect Omron Blood Pressure Monitor – Pairing Your Device
Once HealthyConnect is set up and the device features are enabled you'll be able to pair your Omron blood pressure monitor to start syncing your readings. After pairing, the monitor will sync results directly to the app whenever you take a measurement. Follow the steps below to pair your Omron blood pressure monitor.
Step 1. Prepare the Monitor:
Make sure the Omron blood pressure monitor is powered off.
Step 2. Enable Bluetooth & Location Services:
On your device ensure both Bluetooth & Location services are turned on.
Step 3. Enter Pairing Mode on Omron:
Press and hold the Bluetooth button on the monitor for 3–5 seconds until a flashing "P" appears on the display.
Step 4. Access manual Bluetooth mode in the App:
Open the HealthyConnect app, tap the Health tab and select Add manual readings.

Step 5. Start Bluetooth Scanning:
In the Add readings screen tap Bluetooth.

Step 6. Select Your Omron Device:
On the Searching screen tap on your Omron from the list of available devices.

Step 7. Pair the Device:
On the Blood pressure connection screen wait for the pairing prompt and tap Pair.


Step 8. Confirm Pairing:
Wait for the app to show the Blood pressure device as disconnected, ensure the monitor displays "OK" and then tap Cancel in the app

Step 9. Prepare to Take a Reading:
Turn off the monitor and get ready to take your first measurement.
HealthyConnect Omron Blood Pressure Monitor – Recording Your Blood Pressure
Once your Omron blood pressure monitor is paired with HealthyConnect you can easily capture and sync readings. Follow the steps below to take a measurement.
Step 1. Open the App:
Tap the Health tab → Add manual readings → Bluetooth.


Step 3. Choose Your Monitor:
On the Searching screen tap on your monitor from the list of available devices.

Step 4. Wait for Connection:
On the connection screen wait until the device status shows Connected.

Step 5. Take the Measurement:
The reading will sync automatically once complete.

Step 6. Save Reading & View Summary:
Tap Save when the reading appears in the app. You’ll then be redirected to the Reading Summary screen which shows your lowest, average, and highest readings. You can sort these results by week, month, year or view all readings.

Step 7. Verify Reading:
Go to Health → Medical Device Readings to confirm your reading has synced. The latest reading will appear at the top.
